Breen Group Inc. is a national development & project management firm specializing in the hospitality sector, founded by Martin J. Breen in 2015. Our core focus is to partner with or consult with top tier owners and developers to provide expertise in development management services for new developments, historic redevelopments, conversions and renovations on marquee branded and non-branded projects. 

Mr. Breen has successfully managed and delivered mixed use hospitality projects totaling over $6B in development cost in AZ, CA, CO, DC, FL, HI (Oahu, Maui, Kauai), NV,  NY, TX, UT, WA & London. Major brands include Marriott, Hilton, Starwood, Montage, Hyatt, Ritz-Carlton Hotels, Edition Hotels, Host Hotels & Resorts, Marriott Vacations Worldwide, Starwood Vacation Ownership, Hyatt Residences, Ritz-Carlton Residences, Edition Residences, & Diamond Resorts. These projects are comprised of Listed Historic Redevelopments ($1B+), New Build Developments ($4.5B), and Conversions and Renovations, and are a mix of Urban Developments (22 projects), Mountain Ski Developments (11 projects), Beach/Desert Resort Developments (10 projects), Gaming (3 projects). 

Prior to founding Breen Group, Mr. Breen served as Executive Vice President at Cumming Corporation from 2008 - 2015 where he directed their Hospitality Sector Project Management Group to successfully deliver many major projects nationwide. Additionally during this period, Mr. Breen served as Marriott's Edition Hotel Program Development Manager successfully delivering the Marriott owned assets in London, New York, and Miami Beach, and reporting directly to Marriott's COO.

Prior to 2008, Mr. Breen was Regional Vice President of Real Estate Development at Marriott Vacations Worldwide (formerly MVCI) from 1999 - 2008 where he directed their $3B Western US portfolio of hospitality developments.

Prior to 1999, Mr. Breen was a Project Executive for The Koll Company, a construction and development firm.
